The housing complex is situated in the urban fabric of Kifissia and is composed of three distinct residences, each articulated to establish a clear spatial identity. The ground-floor apartment unfolds in direct continuity with the garden, incorporating a private swimming pool as an extension of the living space. The first-floor residence is defined by a continuous perimeter of generous balconies, mediating between interior and exterior. The second-floor apartment develops vertically, integrating an attic and culminating in a rooftop terrace with expansive views.

The project is driven by the notion of domestic privacy within a dense suburban context. Through the careful orchestration of volumes, thresholds, and openings, each residence achieves autonomy while maintaining a cohesive architectural expression. Large apertures frame views and enhance natural light, while a restrained palette of high-quality materials reinforces the building’s clarity and performance. The building is designed to meet energy class A+, reflecting an integrated approach to sustainability.
