This project marks the second retail space commissioned by the client, integrating a customer service area with a call center accommodating 24 workstations. The design centers on a double-height volume, where a series of custom-made furniture elements define the public interface of the store. These include two distinct customer service desks, a central counter incorporating the company’s logo, a raised desk (1.10 m) for the waiting area, and a “library” element that organizes display and storage.
The call center is developed across both the mezzanine and the space beneath it, allowing for an efficient and compact layout. A semi-transparent glass partition delineates the two zones, maintaining visual continuity within the interior while ensuring the necessary level of acoustic and operational privacy for the call center.
